Can anyone recommend me some good easy-to-follow tutorials on how to animate characters in Flash? I've really been enjoying making animations for the last while, and want to try my hand at something a bit more ambitious than a simple looped gif.
Videos are good, I'm also looking for a PDF I can put on my Kindle.
Flash
Flash animation easy. Coding hard. You don't really need a tutorial to animate, unless you use the tween features... Which almost always screw up. You just need to know how to draw, make keyframes, add/delete frames, and symbols. Which are all in menus anyway. Just messing around with the software for a bit, you'll get the hang of it. The important thing really is making sure you don't screw up and put things of the same colour on the same layer on top of each other, because if they're not symbols, they'll melt together.
technologically impaired
Well i'm of no help Gar. I'm what i like to call technologically impaired. i'm like cave man discovering fire but imagine the fire as a Ipod and the caveman as a 19 year old man. so yeah i'm of no help Flash.

Today's vote incentive is a picture of René Auberjonois (the actor who played Odo in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine). It's just the one from his Wikipedia page. Enjoy!
